We've loved Brownwood Farms' cherry and peach salsas so much, we wondered: what will we do in the fall?! Sure, you can keep eating cherry and peach salsa. Why not?! But if you're in the mood for something a little more autumnal, this apple riesling salsa hits the spot.

It's a little something different and a little something familiar: Great Lakes region apples combined with a local Riesling wine, layered with a hint of jalapeño peppers to make it a proper salsa. Use it as a dip with tortilla chips, a finish for grilled chicken or pork, or as a stellar salmon glaze.
