We select beautiful, perfectly ripe Black Mission figs, hand-cut them in half, and dry slowly to preserve their gorgeous red interior. These jammy, earthy fruits are a wonderful complement to fall cocktails or figgy riffs on classics like the Manhattan or Old Fashioned.
