Tarragon Wine Vinegar
A French classic reinvented in New England. Our Tarragon Wine Vinegar was created by co-fermenting California Chardonnay and the freshest tarragon. By co-fermenting, rather than infusing, we have been able to create a vinegar with tarragon flavor throughout but without the sharpness of the herb. This vinegar was fermented and barrel aged for a year before being hand bottled. It is a limited release. Perfect for salads and classic French sauces.
Perfect For: Vinaigrettes, classic French sauces, and pan deglazing.
Fermentation Base: Chardonnay
Ingredients: Chardonnay wine vinegar, fresh tarragon Base
Taste Profile: Tangy with a subtle herbal, licorice finish.
Production Process: Co-fermented. Aged in oak barrels. Hand bottled.
