In all honesty, I was skeptical about Beautiful Briny Sea's Truffle Honey Salt. Honey... and truffles? But I'm glad I gave it a try because it's become one of my favorite salt blends to date, and Relish customers obviously agree because this one absolutely flies off the shelf!

It's made with flaky sea salt, granulated honey, and Italian black truffle (not fake truffle flavor). It's sweet and umami, so good with roasted carrots, green beans, popcorn, chicken, and pork; fold it into compound butter for a decadent treat.
