BRINS Unicorn Garden jam is a collaboration with the Metropolitan Museum of Art, inspired by “The Unicorn in Captivity” tapestry housed at the Met Cloisters. Pomegranate and strawberry form the fruity base, with rose layered in for a floral note. Naturally, this jam is going to be fab on toast and buttery croissants, but it'll make thumbprint cookies and kolacky extra special too.
